If your product(s) arrives faulty or damaged in transit then please use the form below to contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will accept refunds within 7 days of delivery, please ensure the product is unused, still sealed and in no way tampered. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and we recommend using a signed for service.
All Vape kits are covered by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months. Should an issue arise within 4 weeks of purchase please contact us immediately. Any issues after this period please contact the manufacturer directly.
